Multi-functional high efficiency
The hydrogen and oxygen are electrolyzed by simple distilled water, and the water is cooled and filtered to reduce the flame temperature, heat and pressure, and the flame output is improved to obtain an economical high temperature source. The characteristics are as follows:

Random configuration
1. 1 set of special alkali-resistant tube; 500g/bottle of electrolytic powder.
2. One small funnel; one set of small seals.
3. F308 type is equipped with a large spray gun with two joints, two F303 spray guns, two F202 spray guns, and one F101 spray gun.

Instructions for use
1. After the power is turned on, the work indicator and power indicator light are on, the fan is turned, and the air outlet has a sense of air. 

According to the thickness of the organic work, select the needle, screw the needle clockwise into the spray gun, and ignite the light to work.
2. After a few hours of use, it is found that the electrolyte level indicates a significant drop, and distilled water needs to be added in time.
Add distilled water steps:
1) Blow out the gun and turn off the power.
2) Slowly unscrew the water cap.
3) Add distilled water to the standard scale.
4) Tighten the water cap and turn it on again.
3. Add alcohol to the booster as above.
4. When the machine is used, the temperature of the machine will gradually increase, and the parts will reach 70 degrees, which is a normal phenomenon. 

However, if the machine emits smoke or noise, please turn off the machine immediately, and use it after inspection.
5. Make sure the pressure is sufficient (0.02-0.08Mpa) to open the gun valve to ignite.
6. When adding distilled water during use, do not exceed the defined water level. If water does not flow into the machine, be sure to wipe it clean before use.

Maintenance and precautions
1. It is only necessary to add distilled water to the electrolytic cylinder after the first use.
2. When adding distilled water to the electrolytic cylinder and adding alcohol to the booster, please do not exceed the arrow standard scale, 

otherwise the work effect is poor or the machine malfunctions.
3. The normal use period of the electrolyte is about six months. It is normal to turn black during use. 

If the fire is weakened after six months, please replace the electrolyte.
4. The bottom of the machine has a drain at the bottom that can be directly discharged. If there is no model, 

please use a hose to suck the electrolyte in the cylinder (no suction is allowed). Do not put the polisher down to discharge the electrolyte. (Please refer to the electrolyte instructions).
5. Replace the booster alcohol method: Loosen the alcohol replacement silk and wash the booster with a small amount of alcohol.
6. Note that the gun nozzle should not be burned towards the user during ignition and ignition.
7. If the machine is used to generate abnormal noise (or hear the sound of blasting), do not panic and worry,

 it is caused by improper operation or local air leakage. Re-replace the hose or check the gas pipeline. If there is gas discharge, it can be used normally.polishing machine for acrylic
8. The most important thing to use in normal machine is to pay attention to adding water. (Use funnel to add water) to keep working at normal water level. 

Check if alcohol is in normal position (about half of alcohol tank) after starting for 3 minutes every day. 

Alcohol is used to filter water vapor ( We recommend replacing the alcohol once every 2 days, or if you find that the gun has moisture, you have to change the alcohol in time.

The electrolyte is usually replaced once every 3-6 months. Usually, the water can be added. In the lower temperature, the gas will be produced. 

Slow down, don't worry, after about 20 minutes, the gas will reach normal after the machine temperature rises.
9. Because the machine is a metal chassis, it must be connected to a reliable ground wire.
10. Put the tip of the gun into the water or blow it out with the mouth when the flame is turned off, then turn off the power.

Electrolyte instructions
The raw material for the electrolysis of the electrolyte to produce gas is a consumable product. It is in the form of a white piece. It has a service life of about 6 months after dissolution. It is corrosive. Please do not touch the skin and the entrance to the eye. Please rinse with water. Please use a funnel when adding water, carefully add! For newly purchased machines, first check whether the white hose (water level indication) on the front of the machine has liquid (usually need to take the logistics and transportation machine, we do not add electrolyte to prevent inverted leakage). For example, please refer to the following ratio. Add electrolyte. First observe the model, you must use pure water or distilled water. When your machine is used for more than 4-6 months, if the machine is found to be slower than before when it is used normally, you need to replace the electrolyte, and all the liquid in the cylinder will be drained and re-added. The method of dissolving the electrolyte normally is as follows: first pour the white wafer into a stainless steel or ceramic container (disable aluminum crucible or plastic tray), then add pure water or distilled water, and then completely dissolve before adding to the machine.
