1. Bed Frame: Heavy Seamless Steel Bed Frame provides the stabile fundamental structure for the entire machine.

2. Transmission System: X & Y-axis adopts high precision Taiwan HIWIN linear guide rail. Z-axis adopts Taiwan made ball screws. So the long-lasting lifetime is assured.

3. Motor Drive: Leadshine Stepper motor runs smoothly, which creates a none vibration phenomenon even in low speed and heavy load conditions. Hybrid Servo motor and Servo Motor are optional.  

4. Control System: NC-Studio and DSP are both compatible with a wide range of file types. CAD/CAM designing software, such as type3/ ucancam/ artcam are part of the machine package.

5. Lubrication System: Manual/Automatic Oil-injection system provides an easy maintenance working environment. 

6. Working Table: T-Slot table make sure the ALL materials are stabilized while the machine is working.

7. Hard Limit Block & Soft Limit Block: Soft block sends the electronic signal to prevent the spindles move out of gantry limits; Hard block creates a physical barrier for the spindle just in case the falling down.
