 All sales and orders are deemed a legal contract between the Customer and SENYOQC. The Customer accepts the Sale Agreement bym making a purchase, placing an order. This sale/agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of California, notwithstanding any conflicts of law principles. Defective merchandise must be returned with an authorized RMA (Returnm Merchandise Authorization) number from SENYOQC.
